You will need circular needles in both sizes in 16” (40 cm) lengths, and extra long length - 60”+ (300 cm+) to hold all of the stitches for the skirt.

You will also need a stitch marker, tapestry needle and sewing thread and sewing machine for steeking.

Finished measurements:
Top - approximately 18.25” (46.5 cm) wide x 26.25” (66.5 cm) wide.
Skirt - approximately 6.5” (16.5 cm) high.
