Opus 300
Beaded, fitted gloves in three sizes. A challenging knit, to be enjoyed slowly.
Description from pattern:
“Fitted gloves with fairly loose beaded and cabled cuff and a beaded ring on the right forefinger. The cuff is a challenging knit, not to be hurried. Slow down and enjoy it. Women’s small, medium and large sizes are changed by adjusting needle size for the palm and fingers. The cuff should fit all three sizes. Fingers are knitted to your actual finger length.”
The pattern includes a stitch-pattern chart. It is knitted in the round and requires 4 dpns.
The three needle sizes above are for the three glove sizes, and the above gauge is for the smallest size. The gauges for the medium and large sizes are 32 sts per 4in on 2.75mm needles, and 28 sts per 4in on 3.25mm needles, respectively.
The pattern includes a detailed explanation of the beading, and charts for the cuff and for dividing for fingers.
