Oruga Fiesta, aka Party Caterpillar, is my first design from a drawing and hopefully the first in a line of cultural food animals. Oruga Fiesta was designed (drawn) by my 15 yr old daughter.

Tasha loves to draw and is always asking her daddy for ideas on what to draw next. He told her to draw a caterpillar with a sombrero, this is what she came up with. :smiley: I loved him so much that I had to try to turn him into a crochet pattern.

If you use #4 weight yarn and a 3mm hook, He will be about 12 inches tall and 11 inches long.
