Ostara Skirt
‘Ostara Skirt’ is a mermaid style crochet skirt pattern with an open lacework design all throughout the skirt. The lacy skirt has a very easy and repetitive stitch pattern. This whimsical crochet skirt features a unique lace waistband with crochet ties. The crochet ties ends with fun tassels which you can play with all the time. It also has the option to add tassels at the bottom hem to add a touch of more fun to it.
Make it long or short and it will be a perfect to use as it is as a beach cover. You may even add a lining to the skirt and wear it all summer long. Another option is to use it over a solid skirt or leggings which tends to make the design stand out.
All parts of this skirt are easy to make and I’ve also added a stitch tutorial for the band portion which is the only slightly different stitch variation into the pattern.**
