Size will vary depending on yarn weight and hook.
This calculation is based on weight 3 DK yarn and hook size of 3.75mm. Gauge: 5 stitches and 5 rows=1 inch

This pattern is divided into 4 sections (6 pages each) and is worked from the bottom up. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions for the charts if you prefer to print out your pages. The written pattern sections correlate with the charts so they can be used together. I have also included a full chart on one page for those who wish to use Knit Companion (or similar technology) without all the page breaks.
