Out of the Fog is a chunky version of my tweedy fog design. Great reason to get it since it knits up in a jiffy!
I love bulky tweedy cardigans, they are a great comfort during the cold winter months, when all we want to do is hibernate. Spring will be here before you know it and you will be coming out of the fog!:)

Stylish and practical, it features faux seams, an elbow patch knit in durable twisted stitch and a large ribbed shawl collar to cuddle in! Wear it open for a more casual look or use a shawl pin for a a more fitted one.

YARN CHOICE
Any Aran or Chunky wool of your choice. Tweed is ideal!

YARN AMOUNTS
850(1000, 1100, 1200), (1350, 1450, 1550) yards
Please allow 10 to 20% extra yardage for collar. Sample shown in color Charcoal (527).

MEASUREMENTS
Finished Bust: 33” (35”, 38”, 40”), (42”, 45”, 48”) to fit 31” (33”, 36”, 38”), (40”, 43”, 46”) bust (2” of positive ease)

NEEDLES
US#9/5.50mm – 36” circular needles; US#7/4.50mm – 36” circular needles;
US#9/5.50mm and US#7/4.50mm – 16” circular needles or DPNs

TOOLS
2 pieces of scrap yarn, several removable markers, tapestry needle for weaving in ends

GAUGE
16 sts/24 rows per 4” square using US#9/5.50mm needles blocked or size to obtain gauge
