Anna 03/1984 calls for 700-750 g. fingering weight cotton crepe yarn (ANCHOR Sonja) knit on 2.5 or 3mm needles for an oval 150x200 cm (59x79 inches).

Note that this pattern is extremely similar to the pattern “Arthur/Anita” from Beyer 361 and KM 1512. However, Arthur/Anita has flowers with 4 large petals while the Burda versions have 3 large petals.
