The Pai Mei socks, named after the legendary Kung Fu master in Kill Bill, feature swaths of stitches swirling and flowing back and forth like a kung fu master’s beard. The stitches angle across the top of each foot and the left and right socks are mirrored.

Pattern gauge is similar to stockinette stitch but does not provide as much give.
