Pamir Cowl is a fully ‘convertible’ cowl/scarf fast and fun to knit. It can be made wider, shorter or longer to please anyone.

The reverse side of it is also attractive resembling a woven fabric making it a reversible accessory.

The textured stitch used is quite unusual and very engaging to knit.
The addition of buttons create extra interest and allow the wearer to transform it into a scarf or a moebius cowl.
It is knitted in one piece from the bottom up and any colour of yarn including variegated one can be used.
The pattern is written only.

The first sample shown and knitted in a variegated yarn (Lunayarns Elysium in “Prom Night” (50%Finest Merino/50% SwissMulberrySilk) uses two 100g/250m skeins with only few meters left.
The second one shown in Quince&Co Chickadee (100%wool) in “Frost” uses 170g/565m (just over 3.5 skeins)

Pamir Cowl is perfect for any weather and any occasion! Sure to add a finishing touch to any outfit!
