Pando Sweater
The Pando Sweater is a top-down sweater that features a circular
yoke with stranded work to mimic the shape of aspen
leaves. The leaves are slightly abstracted and geometric in
style, and the woven band of white through the middle
of the leaves symbolizes the interconnected nature of the
Pando Colony itself. This pattern has only short floats on
most rounds, with long carries only at the tips of the leaves
and at the stems, where knitters will employ the technique
of ladder-back jacquard.
To be worn with 2 to 6 inches 5–15 cm positive ease (shown in size 3).
