The Paper Dolls hat is a quick, fairly simple knit with a top-down construction. The name comes from the slip-stitch pattern used which, I think, looks like the paper doll chains I made when I was young. It is sized from Toddler to Adult 1X, so the whole family can have one. Two yarns are held together (fingering and lace) to produce a DK weight with a cozy, warm halo. The same yarn and slip-stitch pattern, done bottom up, are used for the accompanying Peeps fingerless mitts.
