This is a crochet pattern for a fun blanket made using tapestry crochet.

A row of “paper dolls” are crocheted along each end of the blanket, which also has a cosy and attractive ribbed central section.

The finished blanket, made with Stylecraft Special Aran, measures 88 x 105 cm. However, you can easily vary the size of your blanket and there are instructions for this in the pattern.

The blanket uses 4 balls of Stylecraft Special Aran in Meadow, and 1 ball in each of Cream and Copper.

The pattern includes full written instructions, comprehensive pattern notes, photos and a chart for making the blanket.

It also includes instructions on how to vary your blanket, for example to crochet all your dolls in trousers, or all your dolls in dresses.
