Paper Lanterns
Pattern description from Alterknits: “Two fabulous papery Japanese yarns (one pure linen, the other a blend of Linen and nylon) inspired these translucent, quick-to-knit lanterns, which I’ve used to cover ordinary Christmas lights. They create a festive atmosphere wherever you place them.”

Yarn:
- Habu Textiles Shosenshi Paper (100% linen; 280 yards/3 ounces): 1 skein. Shown in #115 gray/beige.
- Habu Textiles Paper Moire (50% linen, 50% nylon; 311 yards/0.5 ounce): 1 ball Shown in #05 mocha.
- Note: This amount of yarn will make 40-50 lanterns.
