This decorative and useful place mat is worked in spiral rounds, which makes it the perfect beginner project.
In the grey version shown we used 1 each of light grey (84) and chocolate (81) and for the copper colored one we used 1 each of light grey (84) and copper (90). If you work both versions, 1 cone of color 84 is sufficient.
The yarn used is Papyrus by Kremke Soul Wool, a wonderful paperyarn that comes in a huge color selection which makes it hard to chose. But for sure you find the right color for your home. Please note: knitting with paper yarn is a little more straining than with wool or cotton, so make sure to take regular breaks!
