Parade wrap & keyhole scarf
The Parade wrap is a delicate mohair crochet wrap in two sizes, with the addition of a keyhole scarf variation to the smaller option. It’s a simple, relaxing crochet pattern for an elegant shawl; perfect for formal occasions or simply to add a bit of luxury to your everyday.
Skills Used:
The pattern uses only two simple stitches, extended double crochet and chains, for the majority of the project and is suitable for crocheters with some experience.
If you’re new to crocheting with mohair, the smaller keyhole shrug version makes a great project to practice with.
A stitch diagram and schematic are also included in the pattern.
Finished size:
The finished shawl you see pictured measures approximately 186cm/74in long by 26cm/11in wide after blocking. The smaller keyhole scarf version measures approximately 145cm/57in long and 30cm/12in wide after blocking.

You will need approximately 40g /or 400m/440yds of a fine mohair or mohair blend yarn and a 4.5mm crochet hook.
The full size wrap used 40g or 400m/440yds mohair blend yarn and the smaller keyhole scarf used 33g or 330m/365yds mohair blend yarn
The item pictured used mohair from 80 skeins yarns, 67% super-kid mohair, 3% merino, 30% polyamide, 20g ball = 200m.
