Paris By Day is one of my favorite patterns. This pattern is perfect for the intermediate knitter who is proficient with k2tog, ssk, and yarn overs. We used 3 skeins of the Baah Savannah Dipped and Dappled colors. The Baah Savannah has a touch of luxurious cashmere, giving it extra softness, loft, and drape. The Dipped and Dappled technique we used to dye the yarn gives the shawl a striped look without having to alternate 2 colors.
This is a one size fits all rectangular shawl, so gauge is not important. You also have the flexibility of adding length by adding another skein of yarn.
