Park Hill
A cushion made in four colours of Dovestone DK, inspired by the transformation of the Park Hill flats in Sheffield. Two colour garter stitch squares echo the coloured panels, windows and balconies for an easy to knit cushion that uses only knit and purl stitches, perfect for beginners.
The finished cushion measures 40cm x 40cm/ 16” x 16”.
You will need one skein of each of four colours of Dovestone DK, (shown in Coal, Yorkstone, Chevin and Lotherton) / 230m/250yds of each of 4 colours of DK weight yarn.
You will also need 4mm/US 6 and 3.25mm/US 3 straight needles and a 40cm/16” square cushion pad.
The Landmark Collection features seven designs all inspired by Yorkshire landmarks. See the rest of the collection here.
