From its inception, this shawl was pastorale in nature. Inspired by Imperial Stock Ranch’s Tracie Sock yarn (mule-spun sport weight with unbelievable lightness and warmth), I wanted to create a garment that was at once rustic, comforting, and graceful. I hope I have come close to capturing the essence of this unique yarn and company.

18 sts= 4”/10cm in a loose st st., after blocking
Since this is a shawl, gauge is not too important.; the size is easily adjustable.
