Comfy yet sophisticated, Pasture is a lightweight, oversized pullover designed with straightforward knitting, and straightforward wearing in mind.
Yarn: Luxury 4ply by Shilasdair; 40% angora/40% merino/10% camel/10% cashmere; 220yds, 50g;
5 (5, 5, 6)(7, 7, 7, 8) skeins MC, photographed in “Wild Mushroom”; or, 908 (987, 1095, 1210)(1327, 1418, 1511, 1634) yds/830 (903, 1001, 1106)(1213, 1297, 1382, 1494) meters in fingering weight yarn.
1 (1, 1, 2)(2, 2, 2, 2) skein/s CC, photographed in “Bracken”;
or, 182 (197, 219, 242)(265, 284, 302, 327) yds/166 (180, 200, 221)(242, 260, 276, 299) meters in fingering weight yarn.
Needles: US 6 (4mm) 24” circular and DPNs
US 4 (3.5mm) 24” circular and DPNs, or sizes needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 21 sts and 31 rows = 4”/10cm in St st on larger needles, after blocking.
Notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, spare US 6 4mm needle.
