Patra
The design is also available as a yarn kit by fraukuhn.
Patra is a modern unisex design using basic techniques and intelligent shaping to create a well-fitting beanie. It is a quick project to make and it is designed to use up a single skein of Bulky yarn entirely.
Instructions are given in written abbreviated form.
Patra (Πάτρα) is the third largest city in Greece. It is my home town and the place I spent the first 27 years of my life. This is where I studied Computer Engineering in the country’s only dedicated Computer Science department. At the same time I delved into knitwear design and gathered my first experiences in teaching knitting and crochet.
