Beautiful huge crochet pattern shells worked in multiple rows are used to transform a simple strand of worsted weight yarn into a vintage, sweater/jacket masterpiece. You will step out in style wearing this cozy, warm, oversized coat. The pattern is easy to follow but the skill level is intermediate. Photo shows the collar version of this cardigan. The pattern includes directions to crochet additional rows of single crochet stitches to turn the collar into a hood. Pick this for your next crochet/gift project and the receiver will be thrilled!
Note: I figured out how to do an “all crochet” Frog Closure. Instructions are included.

This is not recommended for a beginner crocheter.

The shell stitch vintage sweater jacket is the perfect addition to your wardrobe for any season!

This intermediate skill pattern is written for sizes small to 3X.
