From time to time I have a crochet phase, and sometimes a pattern emerges from there. This hat features a pattern that is kind of a one-color interlocking crochet. The result is a textured fabric that reminds me of a patch of pebbles. Do not fear, it is easier to work than it sounds - and the pattern features pictures to help with “pebbles stitch”.

This hat comes in three newborn sizes and is worked top-down. A perfect way to use up sock yarn left-overs!
