This pattern is 4 pages long and contains numerous photos to guide you through each step of the process. There are 2 versions of the pattern available so you can choose from either American or UK crochet terms.

To make this Pencil Case, you will need:

A 4mm crochet hook

An 18cm grey zip

Patons DK Smoothie in your choice of main colour (approx 30g / 60m), ‘Linen’ beige (approx 9g / 18m), ‘Slate’ grey (approx 6g / 12m) and Red (approx 9g / 18m). A 100g ball of Patons DK Smoothie is 200m long so any yarn of the same length / weight ratio would be ok.

Strong grey sewing thread for attaching the zip to the body of the pencil case.

Other tools you will need are a tapestry needle, a sewing needle and some scissors.
