This top-down cardigan has unusual construction. The seed-stitch bodice has raglan shaping on the back but not on the front. The lower body is worked in stockinette with striking cable panels that provide interest for knitters of all levels. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up and worked in rounds to the garter cuffs. Two pewter clasps substitute for buttons and buttonholes.
