YES! These DO hold up in the weather. After a year in Utah weather, my patriotic flag has stood up against the sun, water, snow, cold, etc and still looks great. Note: acrylic yarn is preferred over a cotton or cotton blend.

Materials
Yarn: Worsted yarn in colors of choice.

Crochet Hooks: G, H, I hook

Miscellaneous: yarn needle; small black buttons, black thread and sewing needle (optional for Halloween variation); 3-5 - ½” buttons for interchangeable pennant (optional); 2 – ½” buttons for interchangeable header strip

Gauge: not necessary for this project

Finished size: 12” wide x 22” tall
