Pattern Rating: Easy/Intermediate.
This vest is knit in garter and stockinette stitch, so there are no difficult stitches to memorize. It is an easy to follow pattern for beginners/intermediate, designed for a minimum of complications.
A quick description :
Start from the bottom and knit front and then the back. It is open on the sides.

Size: 12- 36 months.
Finished measurement (without stretching) :
Top to bottom: 35 cm ( 14”)
Underarm, flat not circular: 28 cm, 11 “
