The Petunia Charms coaster came about when we were trying to see how many different styles you can create from the same flower center motif!

The resulting hexagon shape is perfect to use as coaster. You can leave out the last round and make several motifs to be used in any modular project.

The project is quick and works well for scrap yarn busting projects!

Alternate yarns will be Lily Sugar and Cream, Lion Brand 24/7, Big Twist cotton , Paintbox 4ply Cotton DK weight.

Making them with size 10 thread and 1.5 mm hook will give you smaller motifs.
