Based on the very first colorwork sweater that makes an appearance in the Netflix movie, “Don’t Look Up,” worn by the film’s heroine, Jennifer Lawrence. A poignant satire based on the imminent danger of global warming vs. humanity’s pattern of averting our attention to more shallow and trivial things, especially if they benefit us in the short term. It’s OK to look down at your knitting for a while to make yourself this iconic pullover!

This sweater is knit in the round—from the top-down—so you can try it on as you go! The sleeves are then picked up and finished last, for a completely seamless project. Knit in HiKoo® Sueño Worsted; a soft, shining worsted weight yarn, featuring a blend of huggable Superwash merino & springy viscose from bamboo. Also featuring 2 colors of Zitron Extra Klasse mohair held with both contrasting colors for a bit of fuzz.
