Phoenix Summer is an elegant summer top with little cap sleeves and a lace neckline. The top is worked seamlessly top-down. It features European shoulder construction where the shoulder seam sits at the back of the sweater, and you don’t need to work any short rows to shape the shoulders. The sleeve caps, however, are shaped with German short rows and finished off with cute ruffles. The top is fitted at the bust but the hem is shaped with increases to a more relaxed A-line shape.
