Picnic Blouse
The blouse is worked from the top down in a raglan construction. It is worked back and forth until the front
neck is completed. At the same time, the stitch patterns are worked over the body and the sleeves. When the front neck
is completed, the rest of the garment is worked in the round. When all of the raglan increases are made,
the garment is divided into sleeves and body. From here the body and the sleeves are worked separately in
the round. Stitches along the neckline are then picked up to work the neckband.
