Pillars shawl
If you look closely to this shawl, you’ll probably see where it got its name. The beautiful lace borders are separated by stately crocheted pillars. The rectangular model is wonderfully flexible and light. A true joy to wear, throughout the year.
For this pattern you can use multiple colors. The lace parts can have a different color and even all of the pillar parts could change colors. A gradient yarn, with slow changes, would work really well too.
The pattern uses very basic crochet stitches and is not hard to make. The pillar parts are very easy and mindless to make, a perfect pattern while watching tv or being away on vacation!
