“Pìlloro” (“river stone” in the Florentine dialect) is an oversized pullover, knit top down in one piece. The yoke is knit in stockinette stitch and the raglans are decorated with small faux cables for a simple but elegant look. This stitch pattern also continues down the sides of the pullover.
Once the sleeve stitches have been separated from the body, they are also worked in stockinette stitch and are longer than usual.
At the end, the neckline stitches are picked up and a small twisted rib border is knit.
All borders are in twisted rib stitch.

Sizes:
XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL) to fit bust size 76 (86, 96, 106, 117, 127) cm – 30 (34, 38, 42, 46, 50) in.
Shown in size M with bust size 98 cm – 38 ½ in and with 22 cm – 8 ½ in of positive ease.

Finished measurements:
Bust circumference: 98 (107, 120, 132, 145, 159) cm – 38 ½ (42 ¼, 47 ¼, 52, 57, 62 ½) in.
Length from underarm: 24 (27, 27, 29, 32, 37) cm – 9 ½ (10 ½, 10 ½, 11 ½, 12 ½, 14 ½) in.
Sleeve length: 44 (45, 45, 48, 48, 50) cm – 17 ¼ (17 ¾, 17 ¾, 19, 19, 19 ¾) in from underarm.

Yarn and needles:
BORGO DE’ PAZZI Amore 240 (Fingering yarn; 70% Merino, 25% Polyamide, 2% Rayon, 2% Acrylic and 1% Polyester: 240 m – 262 yds / 50 gr – 1.76 oz. skein): 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6) skeins (866 946, 1060, 1166, 1281, 1405 m – 948 1035, 1160, 1276, 1401, 1537 yds).
Circular needles:
3.5 mm – US 4 with a 40 cm – 16 in, 60 cm – 24 in and 80 cm – 32 in cable.
If necessary, please adjust needle size to obtain the specified gauge.
Other:
Tapestry needle and scissors.
6 stitch markers.
Waste yarn.
Optional:
Row counter to keep track of rows of the lace sts.
Paper and pencil to help keep track of the lace sts.

Gauge:
21 sts and 28 rounds = 10 cm – 4 in in st st (worked in the round and after blocking).

“Pìlloro” (in dialetto fiorentino “ciottolo di fiume”) è un maglione dalla linea oversized lavorato dall’alto verso il basso in un unico pezzo.
Lo sprone è lavorato a maglia rasata e i raglan sono decorati con motivo di piccole finte trecce, semplice ma elegante. Questo motivo continua anche lungo i fianchi del maglione.
Dopo la separazione delle maniche dal corpo, anche queste ultime sono lavorate a maglia rasata e sono più lunghe del normale.
Alla fine si riprendono le maglie del collo e si lavora un piccolo bordo a coste ritorte.
Tutti i bordi sono a coste ritorte.

Taglie:
XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL) vestono un giro seno di 76 (86, 96, 106, 117, 127) cm.
Le foto si riferiscono alla taglia M indossata da una modella con un giro seno di 98 cm con un agio di 22 cm.

Misure finite:
Circonferenza del seno: 98 (107, 120, 132, 145, 159) cm.
Lunghezza dallo scalfo: 24 (27, 27, 29, 32, 37) cm.
Lunghezze delle maniche: 44 (45, 45, 48, 48, 50) cm dallo scalfo.

BORGO DE’ PAZZI Amore 240 (70% merino, 25% poliammide, 2% rayon, 2% acrilico e 1% poliestere: 240 m per gomitolo da 50 gr): 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6) gomitoli (866 946, 1060, 1166, 1281, 1405 m).
Ferri circolari numero 3.5 mm con cavo lungo 40 cm, 60 cm e 80 cm.
Se necessario modificare il numero degli aghi per ottenere il campione corretto.
