This a lacy cap sleeve dress knit in Birds Eye Stitch that can be made up as a one-piece dress, or as a two piece dress- top and skirt. The dress is knit from the waist up to the shoulders and then from the waist to the hem. Skirt has a lace edging border.

1 skein of Disco Lights (250 yd) is used to make a flower for the edging.

US8/5mm circular needles 32” long
US8/5mm DPNs for edging.
3½ yards of matching lining fabric (silk organza is suggested) and 40” elastic if making a two piece dress.
