How about the pillow which helps to express your mood? Here is my Pinky Mood pillowcover. I am not really fond of pink but for some reason I have many skeins of pink yarn… And one evening I felt so pinky and designed this pillow.

This easy to follow pattern of a square motif (8 pages) is written for one size. It contains step by step full written instructions in English using standard crochet abbreviations and US terms (stitch guide is given in the pattern). It also contains lots of pictures explaining all the tricky and difficult places and how the motifs are joined.

This square motif can also be used for blankets, bags…

Crochet level: Intermediate (front post stitches are used in this pattern), though an “adventurous” beginner can handle it!

The size of finished motif depends on the yarn and hook you use. My motif is approx. 10 cm (4 inches) large.

Materials:

** Yarn in five colors. I used yarn “Superlana Klasik” (100g/3.53 oz., 281 m/307 yds.) and “LanaGold Fine” by Alize. Yarn weight: DK Texture: 8 ply (11 wpi)

** Crochet hook 2.75 mm (C) or the size that will give an acceptable gauge.

** Scissors and Tapestry needle to weave the ends.

** Ready pillow cover.

There are two copies of the pattern offered to download: one is very detailed with many pictures, and second copy is printer friendly (with written instructions only and no pictures).
