This is a lovely stitch and a fun moderately easy project for you to create!

Skill level: Intermediate to moderate

Materials Required for this Item:

4 medium weight yarn.

For this set I used yarn in colors (A) White (B) Varsity Red (C) Drag Olive (D) Toffee and (E) Chocolate Brown. For the sweater I used roughly 58 grams. The shorts are 30 grams. The socks combined colors 12 grams and the hat again combined colors 30 grams.. You will have plenty leftover from each 170 gram ball.

Size 5mm (US 8) 16 inch circular needle

Darning needle

8 stitch markers

3 small buttons of choice

Clover pom pom maker (or method of choice) I used size 3 3/8th inches for my pompom

Optional slicker brush for pompom
