This sock is part of the Provincial Sock Series. The pattern is originally in Finnish. I used google translate and some of my knitting knowledge to translate this pattern into English. There may be some grammar errors.

The pattern recommends catching or twisting your floats for stitches longer than 4sts, but I recommend using the ladder back jacquard technique instead. It makes the sock a little bit more elastic.
