Having a fur baby in your life makes everything different. It’s the pitter patter of feet running to greet you when you come home after a long and stressful day, the warm, arm-aching cuddle in bed, and the laughs over the silly little expressions that they make. When I look back on the memories of my life, the periods of time without having a dog in the family are dull and colourless, while those enriched by a furry friend are vivid and effervescent.

Pixel is my fur nephew, and he has by far the most personality of any pet our family has had. He’s goofy and sarcastic, awkward and anxious, and both the naughtiest and best boy in the world. I like to think he appreciates humour, like his auntie having feet that look just like his. Pixel loves sticks and string and socks, just like me.

There are 3 sizes included in the pattern.
S (M, L)
7 (8.5, 10)” / 18 (21.5, 25.5) cm foot circumference

Measurements are of the unstretched sock.

Choose size based on foot circumference + 0.5-1” of negative ease.

Foot length and sock height are adjustable by changing the number of pattern repeats.

Light fingering weight yarn:
