Everyone needs a basic layering piece and this one has been my go-to cardigan ever since I finished it. Boxy shape with minimal details are all you need for this Plain Cardigan. The woolen spun Shelter yarn will make this cardigan perfectly lightweight and rustic.

The cardigan is worked from top down!

Yarn: 7 (8, 8, 9, 9, 10) skeins of Shelter by Brooklyn Tweed. Approx. 950 (1020, 1100, 1180, 1260, 1350) yards / 870 (930, 1000, 1080, 1150, 1230) meters of worsted weight yarn. The sample was knit in colorway Soot.

Finished circumference of chest: 38 (42, 46, 50, 54, 58)” / 95 (105, 115, 125, 135, 145) cm. Choose a size with approx. 6” (15 cm) of positive ease.
