I designed this plant hanger as a Christmas gift for my husband’s grandmother a couple Christmas’ ago. Now that Spring will soon be upon us, it’s the perfect time to start making hangers for all of the pretties you want to hang from your front porch, in your home, or on your balcony.

This plant hanger is made of cotton yarn. You can customize the pattern for the size of your pot by adjusting your hook size or yarn weight, or adding/removing increase rows.
