This pattern is called Plug and Play because you have options for the lace panel:

Level 1 - Japanese Feather - the easiest - detailed instructions - both charted and written are provided
Level 2 - Amphora Lace - chart and cast-on info provided
Level 3 - Lotus Blossom - chart and cast-on info provided

Chart + cast-on info have been added. For
plumettes and zigzag lace.

Or you can customize by choosing your own favourite lace for the centre panel - info is provided to guide you through the process.

I used DK, but you can use other weights if you prefer.

Long shallow triangle (ZipKnit shape) with lots of length for wrapping, but not too deep so it doesn’t overpower you. ☻
