These knitted hearts are big enough to hold a small gift, a Valentine message, a chocolate … or even a tiny knitted heart. The pockets are lined and they can be left plain or decorated.

The same instructions will give you two sizes of Pocket Hearts, depending on the yarn used. DK weight yarn will make 8 cm tall hearts while using 4 ply gives you a 6 cm heart.

Instructions are also included for the tiny stuffed hearts (about 5 cm tall) which are just the right size to fit in the big Pocket Hearts.
