The hat Polka lets you dance your way through both colourwork and textured knitting and is a fun and speedy knitted hat which will keep you warm all winter. The hat has a tight fit around the ears to keep out icy winds and in the main part of the hat an added strand of mohair silk gives a cozy fluff. You will need a main colour which is held together with a strand of silk mohair, two pattern colours and a contrast colour for the rolled edge. Be mindful to choose pattern- and contrast colours that has enough contrast against the main colour. Please note that the textured pattern repeat differs slightly between the sizes, making the bobbles sit closer together for the smallest size and further apart in the largest size. This is to make the crown decreases fit into the pattern in a nice way. Shown in the picture above is size 56 cm head circumference. Happy knitting!
