It’s a sister design of Kakumei.

“Polonaise” is a boxy pullover featuring smocking and twisted rib stitches.
First, two I-cords are knit and stitches are picked up for the back and front along the I-cord edges. German short rows are used to shape the shoulders in 1x2 twisted rib, then the front and back of the pullover are worked back and forth separately to the underarm with smoking pattern. They are then joined and worked in the round in one piece to the hem. The sleeves are worked top down in the round in 1x2 twisted rib, and the cuffs are worked in 1x1 twisted rib. The body and sleeves feature a lateral braid as an accent.

3.25 mm / US 3 (for hem, cuff, lateral braid, and I-cord edge); 40 – 100 cm / 16 – 40” circular needle and double-pointed needles (optional if you use magic loop) ― Adjust cable length to fit sts comfortably.
3.75 mm / US 5 (for I-cord, body, and sleeves); 40 – 100 cm / 24 – 40” or longer circular needle and double-pointed needles ― Adjust cable length to fit sts comfortably.
Adjust needle size to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions

“Polonaise”は, スモッキングとねじりゴム編みが特徴的なボックス型のプルオーバー.
まず2本のI-コードを編み, I-コードの端から前後の編み目を拾い出す. 1x2ねじりゴム編みを編みながらドイツ式引き返し編みで肩の形を整え, スモッキングパターンを入れながら前後身頃を別々に脇下まで編む. 脇下で前後身頃を繋げたら, 裾まで一続きで輪編みする. 袖は袖開きから目を拾い, 1x2ねじりゴム編みで袖口に向かって輪で編み, 袖口は1目ねじりゴム編みで編む. 身頃と袖にはアクセントとしてブレイドが入っている.
