Pomppu has leaf shaped pockets and pretty hem that’s decorated with purl stripes and buttons. The sweater is knit from bottom up with the hem worked back and forth and joined for knitting in the round after the button band. Sleeves are knit in the round and joined to the body at the beginning of yoke. Decorative purl rounds are made after every yoke decrease and neckline is shaped with short rows. Little rolled collar finishes the piece.

Pomppu on lapsenmielinen pusero jossa on lehtitaskut ja hienosteluun sopiva, raidoilla ja napeilla koristeltu helma. Pusero neulotaan alhaalta ylös, aluksi tasona, nappilistan jälkeen pyörönä. Hihat neulotaan pyörönä, yhdistetään kaarrokkeen alussa vartaloon ja kaarroke neulotaan saumattomasti ylös asti, lisäten koristeraitoja joka kavennuskerroksen jälkeen.
Pääntie muotoillaan lyhennetyin kerroksin ja viimeistellään kapealla rullautuvalla reunuksella.
