Here is the “Poppy” Shawl/Scarf/Wrap

A lovely garment with a gorgeous drape when worked with soft yarn.

Made with Aunt Aggie’s Treble Mesh Stitch, making it substantial but also light and lacy for that special occasion.

Finished with a mesh and chain border and tassles on the corners.

Similar to the “Dawn” Shawl, but made with a lighter, light worsted weight yarn, and slightly larger to allow for using it as a shawl, a scarf or a wrap.

You will need almost 600 yds of light worsted weight yarn (DK/8ply); a 5.5mm hook and a yarn needle.

The pattern is very easy - once you have worked a couple of stitches, you “get it” and can probably do it on auto-pilot from there!
