This is a cute little knitted prawn that can be made as a plain prawn pal or finished with a hanging loop to turn it into a Christmas ornament.

The pattern is knit flat, with i-cord antennae and simple short-row shaping to create the curved body. If these techniques are new to you, the pattern includes tutorial links and detailed step-by-step images.

It is also a great little stash-busting project and works well in lots of different colours and yarn weights.
