Note
For this collar/shawl, knit the hem first.
After the lace part is finished, pick up and knit
from slipped stitches.
Then decrease toward the neck.
After finishing the main body, rest the stitches,
make an I-cord and knit it with the main body,
then I-cord Bind-off the collar part of the main
body, and then knit the I-cord again.
