Primrose Garden is a textured blanket made up of squares and long hexagons which, when sewn together, make it look as if the squares lie on top of the blanket.

It is worked in six shades of yellow and green with a pale shade for the edgings and border, making it full of the colours of Spring.

The finished blanket measures about 140 cm or 55”² and uses less than 300g of each of the colours.

The shapes are a mixture of complex textures and simple rows of stitches, making it both interesting and fun to work on.
