Primrose Mosaic Wrap
This wrap features eye-catching mosaic flower bands that highlight a beautiful colour-changing yarn on a garter background with eyelet lines.
Mosaic knitting is an easy colourwork technique that uses only one colour at a time per row and slipped stitches while creating fascinating results.
Primrose Mosaic Wrap is a long sideways-knit shawl or wrap. You start knitting at one tip with just a few stitches, then work your way across to the opposite tip, creating an elongated diamond-like shape.
The pattern is written for a round and bouncy sport weight yarn, but the pattern is easily adjustable if you wish to use a different yarn, weight and/or make a smaller/larger scarf according to the yarn/yardage you have available.
Fully written row-by-row as well as charted instructions are provided so you can choose which you prefer to work from.
This pattern has been created in collaboration with Primrose Yarn Co. and I had the great pleasure of working with her fabulous & unique Roan and Homestead Sport bases for my sample.
I hope you enjoy the pattern!
