Princess
This listing is for the crochet pattern for the Amigurumi Princess doll. She was originally designed to be a part of my Princess Castle set (you can find the free tutorial for making the castle here https://www.cosycrochet.co.uk/princess-castle-tutorial/). Here are the listings for the Knight (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/knight-7) and Dragon patterns (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/amigurumi-dragon-10).
The Princess when finished is 13cm tall and is made using a 2.5mm crochet hook and double knit (DK) yarn. She is a great scrap project as she doesn’t use more than 20-30g of yarn in any one colour and only uses a small amount of stuffing. She also uses 5mm saftey eyes.
The princess is worked from the bottom up and uses join as you go arms. Her skirt, hair and crown are all added separately at the end. You could also make a larger princess if you wanted to by increasing the hook size and the thickness of yarn, although the amount of yarn required may increase.
She is a fairly quick project to work up and you could easily make her in an evening if you work fairly quickly. Therefore she will make the perfect gift for any princess loving person in your life.
